		<description>Good start to a topic that more people should pay attention to. I agree that you have to start with yourself then encourage your employees to grow as well. I also believe that when you take on an employee you owe it to them to develop them both professionally and personally. I think before the 7 habits one should read the Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.</description>
